ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFO

ORDERING
First - PLEASE make sure you check your shopping cart for mistakes before you complete your order.  To save yourself the trouble of having to return something, or worse - paying for something you didn't want, please verify that each item and the quantity are exactly what you intended.  If you find that any of the "add to cart" buttons are sending the wrong info to the cart, please contact us about it so we can fix it right away.  

Our shopping cart is powered by PayPal, which allows you to use your major credit card or an e-check to order to make secure payments.  You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to use it for ordering.  But opening an account is quick and it's free,  and it can come in very handy for simplifying online shopping at many sites.  Because of the exorbitant cost of regular merchant accounts, thousands of online stores now use PayPal to keep their costs (and prices!) down and still be able to process credit card orders.

You may also order offline through the mail, using our printable order form.  You will need to include a money order with offline orders.  Waiting for personal checks to clear delays shipping for so long (2 weeks or more!) that we no longer accept them. 

SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to United States addresses at this time.  This does include APO and FPO military addresses overseas.  Domestic shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart when you check out.  There may be extra shipping costs for certain large items such as furniture, garden fountains, etc.  The extra shipping will be added to the purchase price and noted in the item's description.

Shipping is normally via UPS Ground, so we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes.  Please include a street address on your order.

Most orders leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment, but please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
